2022 개정 교육과정 기반 초등학생의 디지털 기술 소양 교육을 위한 필수 내용 요소 A Study of Essential Content Elements for Basic Digital Skills Education for Elementary School Students Under the 2022 Revised National Curriculum 임화경† Hwakyung Rim† 요 약 교육부는 2022 개정 교육과정에 미래 사회에 대응하기 위해 모든 교과에서 디지털 기초소양을 포함하도록 명시하고 있다. 본 논문은 초등학교 교육과정의 모든 교과에 명시된 디지털 기초소양을 추출하고 이 내용 요소를 바탕으로 초등학생의 디지털 기초소양을 위해 필요한 디지털 기술 소양의 필수 내용 요소를 제안했다. 제안한 내용 요소는 초등학교 3학년부터 교과교육을 실시하기 전에 해당 교과 학습에 필요한 디지털 기술 소양이다. 이 내용 요소는 보편교육으로 체계적으로 선수 학습해야 한다. 그렇지 않으면 학생 간 디지털 소양 격차를 높이게 되고 궁극적으로 학생의 교과교육에서 달성할 학력 도달 수준에도 영향을 주게 될 것이다. 그리고 교수 설계를 할 때 고려할 사항도 제언하였다. 디지털 기술 소양 교육이 현장에 정착하려면 보편교육을 위해 수업시수 확보가 필요하고 이에 따른 교육과정과 교재개발이 우선되어야 한다. 향후 제안한 내용 요소가 기준안으로 의미가 있을 것이다. 주제어: 디지털 기초소양, 2022 개정 교육과정, 디지털 교육, 초등학교 교육과정, 디지털 기술 소양, 보편교육 ABSTRACT In response to the evolving demands of future society, the Ministry of Education, through the 2022 Revised National Curriculum, requires that all subjects incorporate basic digital literacy. This study extracted the basic digital literacy outlined in all subjects of the elementary school curriculum and, based on these elements, proposed the essential components of basic digital skills necessary for elementary students. The proposed content elements are the digital skills required for subject learning before formal subject instruction begins in the 3rd grade. These skills should be systematically taught as prerequisite general education for all students. Otherwise, it may widen the basic digital literacy gap among students and, ultimately, affect the level of academic achievement they are able to attain in their subject learning. It also provides recommendations for effective instructional design. For digital skills literacy education to take root in schools, it is necessary to secure instructional hours for general education, and curriculum and textbook development must be prioritized accordingly.This proposal is expected to provide a meaningful basis for future standards.
